Woman’s size 16 dragging jeans only used a few times still in excellent condition. Surplus to requirements.

I could be keen but I'm trying to work out if these would fit me... and it depends on the style and whether size 16 is oz or usa measurement. Is there any chance you could measure the waistband? That would make it a lot simpler, as I can compare to pants I own!
