I wear black because my wife does the washing, if I want to wear light coloured clothing I have to wash them myself.

I wrote this song for Johnny Cash a few years ago...

Well, you wonder why I always dress in black
Why you never see bright colors on my back
And why does my appearance seem to have a somber tone
Well, there's a reason for the things that I have on

I wear the black for the poor and the beaten down
Livin' in the hopeless, hungry side of town
I wear it for the prisoner who is long paid for his crime
But is there because he's a victim of the times

I wear the black for those who've never read
Or listened to the words that Jesus said
About the road to happiness through love and charity
Why, you'd think He's talking straight to you and me

Well, we're doin' mighty fine, I do suppose
In our streak of lightnin' cars and fancy clothes
But just so we're reminded of the ones who are held back
Up front there ought to be a Man In Black

I wear it for the sick and lonely old
For the reckless ones whose bad trip left them cold
I wear the black in mournin' for the lives that could have been
Each week we lose a hundred fine young men

And I wear it for the thousands who have died
Believin' that the Lord was on their side
I wear it for another hundred thousand who have died
Believin' that we all were on their side

Well, there's things that never will be right I know
And things need changin' everywhere you go
But 'til we start to make a move to make a few things right
You'll never see me wear a suit of white

Ah, I'd love to wear a rainbow every day
And tell the world that everything's okay
But I'll try to carry off a little darkness on my back
Till things are brighter, I'm the Man In Black
Its good you are finally getting some recognition as that last lot of lyrics you had were pretty average...
I found the ciggy packet you did them on.

What was it called " Yes I'm Back"

Back in black I hit the sack
I been too long I'm glad to be back
    Yes I am
    Let loose from the noose
    That's kept me hanging about
I keep looking at the sky cause it's gettin' me high
Forget the hearse cause I'll never die
I got nine lives cat's eyes
Using every one of them and runnin' wild
    Cause I'm back
Yes I'm back well I'm back
    Yes I'm back
    Well I'm back back
    Well I'm back in black
    Yes I'm back in black
Back in the back of a Cadillac
Number one with a bullet I'm a power pack
    Yes I am
In a bang with the gang
They gotta catch me if they want me to hang
Cause I'm back on the track and I'm beatin' the flack
Nobody's gonna get me on another rap
So look at me now I'm just makin' my play
Don't try to push your luck just get out of my way
    Cause I'm back
    Yes I'm back
    Well I'm back
    Yes I'm back
    Well I'm back back
    Well I'm back in black
    Yes I'm back in black

Well I'm back yes I'm back
Well I'm back yes I'm back
    Well I'm back back
    Well I'm back in black
    Yes I'm back in black

    Oh yes, let's go
    Gigolo
Oh yeah, yeah, give it up
    Yeah-eah-eah, give it up

    Well I'm back back
    Well I'm back back
    Back back
    Back in black
    Yes I'm back in black

Ya gotta love how KB threads wander in such amusing directions. Now it's all about colour. You under privileged racist bastards, go pick some cotton. I need another black T-shirt
Happiness is a means of travel, not a destination

I prefer a black bike - it's so easy to touch up a scratch or paint chip with the swipe of a greasy thumb.
In and out of jobs, running free
    Waging war with society
