I'm sure the smurf's handling would be far worse if it was being ridden.

Maxxis were popular on cruisers and tourers in the UK IIRC. I seem to recall them being popular with London m/c couriers riding shafties, too.

Yes, because we get tyres from Tyremax too. Maybe a delivery thing, different suppliers use different couriers, and some don't work for us...or maybe the boss doesn't like the guy on the phone at Tyremax. I know I was surprised to see a Northern Accessories docket on Maxxis truck tyres.

Nah, he only rides sheep. Sheepshagger probably had a bit of his fence stuck around the backing plates, and when they changed the tires, they found it an removed it, and that stopped the problems. Thats the problem when you work with sheep all the time, you start acting stupid like one.

Maxxis makes some ripper mountain bike tyres, multiple compound rubber etc. I'd trust them to make a decent car / dirt bike tyre.

Yeah got Maxxis on the pushbike, quite a slick tyre very little tread but it's not a mountain bike .

Don't think they'll be appearing on anything else here though.
