Well you are a lot younger looking than expected, maybe it's those snazzy work shop slippers? I need to get me some of those.

I use them when I go out on my yacht at Cape Cod.
The folded up cuffs and the gardening gloves are a bit ott.

Got myself a pair of 18in crimping pliers.
They are basically a pair of bolt cutters with holes drilled in the end.

smaller crimping pliers are for pussies
For $50 I am quite impressed.

okay they are for fencing but pretty sure they will work on battery terminals if I am careful.
turns out they are also sold to use for swaging and other crimping 3/16 3/32 1/8 1 /16 so you really could use them on batteries and a version is even sold mounted on a stand. For wire rope etc.



I have $400 plus Hayes ezepull ones that have never been that great especially on the open sided crimps.
These work far better, a little heavy and unwieldy but for the 150 times I will use them I am not complaining.
