Would you rather he did laugh it off? I think actually that the worried look comes because he's only got 5 days to disprove the allegations. I've said it before and i'll say it again ... Dot Com has done it five days before the election because the allegations only have to stand up to scrutiny for that long. Could have done it three months ago but knows the allegations would be disproven in that period. I guess its true what they say "Politics is all in the timing"

Now I can't get too pious as I've downloaded a few old movies myself but I just can't get past him claiming he's done nothing wrong by making millions out of his file sharing site. Sure, people put files there for others to download and he can claim no knowledge but to me thats little different to you allowing people to store stolen motorbikes in your garage. Sure, you didn't go and steal them yourself but you made a space available where they could be stored before they were moved on.

Being devil's advocate here, but to extend your anecdote - He's not providing storage for stolen bikes, he's providing storage for bikes, no questions asked. No-one can see the bike you put there but you. Is that much different to a 'self storage' facility really?

If we started prosecuting self-storage facility owners because 'they should have known' their facilities contained stolen goods how do ya think that'd go down
