Yeah, so that is why Shaun is unbalanced..

I suspect that a large portion of the population have legs of unequal length, either due to the legs or hips. When I had my hip replaced, the surgeon stated that 1/2 an inch variation was perfectly acceptable and the body would naturally compensate (ie: hips accommodate the variation).

Shaun's pain may more be related to the chip on his shoulder than any leg length variation?

Good on him. I have never met the man but anyone who has raced at the Isle and can survive an horrific crash like that has my respect.

As for going back and racing again? not sure if he would gain anything from that. Would he achieve anymore than what he has already done?

Shaun, you have raced at the Isle of Man and won, far more than most of us could ever achieve. perhaps looking for other goals can give another sense of accomplishment.

Thanks awa355 but it a job I just want to finish off, I do not care if I come last. There is always 2 sides to every story and there is the other half of this one to come out with the Documentary on the TT races, filming of which started last Friday at the Taranaki base hospital and also more in depth stuff in the book as yet. Yea do not worry, some one will be gramhar and spell checking it haha

It is so funny reading comments on here by the experts who Know me so well and know the whole story about my back issue and nerve damage etc that like to throw abuse my way to make them selves feel so superior and strong by being NAMELESS keyboard hero;s hahaha Fukin ha @ ya's. This site has given me hours and hours and days and days of entertainment from dicks like the dude below this post of mine with his great but totally wank post about me and my physical situation.

How the fuck is that an achievment?
over 30% of the population have LLD up to 20mm? It's so fucking common and not considered a problem at all, and you'rs is only 11?
I work - mines 32mm out, I've had a partial knee rebuild and still play tennis, gym, squash (not well though)

half the population who have done hard labour jobs have the same issue - I doubt it has anything to do with your leg length .....????

Yes - it appears that you get more understanding on this site if you play the ADHD or I've got depression card than if you are recovering from a brain injury suffered while motorcycling.

Sounds like you need an ACC advocate , someone who knows the ins and outs of ACC and can take up issues with your case manager

    That dog won't hunt.

Shaun was a giant bag of excrement before his crash.
