LVV certifiers in Auckland?

Hi all

Just completed my first custom build and need to jump through many hoops to be allowed on the road.

First step, does anyone know of a decent and reasonable lvv Certifiers in Auckland??

Second anyone know any engineers to test the welds

Brake test and noise are fairly straight forward just expensive
