You know you guys are making life very difficult for the wrong people eh?? It's not the clowns that have been making a mess of the governing body that are affected by the endless bagging, it's the people trying to organise race meetings, find budgets to pay for it all etc that are hit by all the bad publicity that has been generated lately.

However it has to be a level playing feild and as was evident during NZSBK the oldboys club have been getting it wrong for sometime now, For example the cock ups made to appendix G allowed alot more modification than the original version did, As nobody bothered to inform ALL the members some took an advantage that others were not aware of, I have tried on numerous occassions to have the oldboys club dealt with and the fair and safe enforcement of rules put in place through the appropriate channels and have been lied to and misled in this regard, I could pretty much write a book about the inconsistencies and mismanagement. I am AND will continue to advise as many people as I can and when I can of ANY advantage or otherwise that may keep them up with the play, Its unhelpful that some board members and club officials are misinforming the members on public forums, IE, I was informed last night the president of the NZPCRA was informing people that the standing rules committee were the ones charged with deciding which rules were too be ratified, This is absolutely incorrect and in fact I was informed by the president some months ago that committee was being disbanded as it was not performing adequately, If MNZ won't do the job properly, I will.

There are risks inherent in that method. Build a bike you assume will be legal because MNZ hasn't followed it's own processes and shazam, suddenly the new rules are in place, post dated....And yes, Billy, it's happened before and although in theory it can't happen again, I'd not bet against it....

You'd have every right to appeal any ruling MNZ made about that then, as it has been widely divulged to all now that they clearly never met their own criteria. Appeal, and if not happy, the Sports Tribunal is the final remedy.
This is an example of how not to be a governing body.

I have read almost all of these threads and been pointed in the direction of other social media statements. I've heard claims of various rumours and various so called facts.
Many if not all of you here know me and know what it is I do in relation to our sport.

I am going to state a real fact;

The weekly if not daily bad mouthing and general bagging of various individuals associated with our sport is having a huge knock on effect.
Not on the people or organisations you're trying to bring to account but to the very sport you claim to love and support and wish to grow.

What is written here does not stay here in 'kiwibiker' land it travels far and wide and not just within New Zealand. It lands on the desks and screens of team owners, budget holders, sponsors and manufacturers to name but a few.

For the good of our sport can you direct your statements directly to those you have an issue with through the correct channels and leave those of us who are left to continue and try and run our sport free of this self destructing train wreck of a direction it is heading.

Please, I know its just a handful of you perpetuating this but think of the damage you are doing, I hope to god its not your aim to bring our sport down like this but believe me you are.......

Couple problems with that. 1. It's a comment from a made up name on an internet forum, without any evidence to support it.

2. The sports tribunal is the next step if you get no joy from MNZ.

...that sounds a bit like the bulk of the membership who don't vote and give the volunteers who have, (had) to deal with the clowns a hard time for 'doing things for them"...
