    I am going to state a real fact;
    Jeez Graham,

If I didn't know better, I'd have thought that was written by Helen Kelly, Heres some REAL facts for you,

1 There is and has been since long before you graced our presence, An oldboys club operating, But you already know that as we've discussed it, You also know who they are and the constant disruptions they cause and then try and pretend they had nothing to do with, As does the President and some board members, They have a nickname for them that I will not divulge at this stage.

2 The newly appointed roadrace commissioner and yourself are WELL aware who the bulk of these people are as they are members of your club, As we have discussed earlier the problems they cause on a regular basis.

3 I have tried on numerous occassions to have things rectified through the correct channels, Including insisting on having the stewards reports forwarded too me which was not the practice until I took over as commissioner, Then matching them up with the ever increasing list of complaints I received from frustrated members (Most of which were in relation to events held at HD, Paeroa and Wanganui), Then forwarding on my findings to the board, Stewards commissioner and admin to no avail and in one particular instance was told to mind my own business.

4 Before I took over as commissioner and insisted that ALL clubs provided supp regs for their club events including rules for F1/F2, Can you please advise HOW it was, That your club was enforcing the rules in a reasonable manner when you didn't have ANY for 7 of the 8 classes you were running that were NOT covered by the Manual ?????

5 Please explain how, Despite the rulebook stating a class can not run with less than 6 entries, You were able to win a TT title at HD during the 2011 NZSBK round when you were the sole entrant in that round AND the Championship class you won (Superstock 1000), Had not met the criteria required of 6 entries received for round 1 of the series at Timaru that year, In fact that Championship class was NEVER qualified and thats why I had it removed, That title was handed out by your club fraudulently and qualified by the oldboys club as you well know.

6 Please explain how fact number 5 is not cheating and will you be returning the trophy and accepting the same 5 year ban penalty being considered for Shaun Harris for his admission of sorts for which there is NO concrete proof ????.

7 Would you prefer I went directly to Sport NZ and the Chief Coroner with my concerns re the unfair treatment of MNZ members and unsafe culture at events by SOME stewards, Including photo's I received with a stream of complaints following the helmetless parade allowed to take place at Paeroa this year, On a track declared unsafe to compete on and including young children on sidecars and Supermotard fuel tanks, Also helmetless and in the presence of the oldboys club and atleast one onroad board member, I could also include the emails from senior stewards declaring me delusional for bringing in basic safety rules to try and stem the deaths occuring in our sport.

8 I could write another 20 or more, But I'll leave you to answer these first, Or should I just go directly to the press???? Your call.

I'm not leaning one way or the other here, I just wanna race.
    Well thats disappointing Drew,

Firstly his names Neil and he WAS a grade 4 MNZ steward who like many others got sick of the system and walked, He was also President of CAMS for a period, So not unqualified at all.

I understand you just "wanna race" and thats just the attitude that git us where we are, Here's a list of dont"s for you to use in the future,

1 DON'T complain when a close friend is needlessly killed because somebody flaunts a rule the has NEVER been enforced.

2 Don't complain when you see somebody win a championship on illegal machinery that is allowed to let go by officials as they have NO faith in the system.

Because you just wanna race and everything else is inconsequential !!!

    Yip,

Thats cause you were jeopardising all the hard work Tracey and I did getting the sidecars back on the program due to the history between the President and the sidecar association and also you are a member and I am not.

If I need to get involved to ensure I can race, I will.

I'm the wrong man for the job, but if needs must...

The right people for the job are getting the shits put up them, and losing interest. I'd likely lose the plot and throw a tanty of epic proportions and never be allowed anywhere near an MNZ event.

Theres nothing stopping anybody from going racing and in fact I am expecting next years championship to be a ripper, All you really need do is send an email to admin at MNZ and ALL board members and the relevant commissioners expressing your dissatisfaction with the way things are being handled, If they get enough complaints, They will HAVE to act, But too date nowhere near enough members are doing so, I used to get a regular amount and forward them on to no avail, BUT thats cause they were viewed as one complaint as opposed to a large number, Thats all the involvement that should be required

Well not on its own no, But when you add it to the 3 years I tried to get things changed from within and was ignored, As opposed to you just making shit up as you go along Weeeeell !!!

I'm sure Tracey and Scrivy could verify the problems we had re the reintroduction if the chairs and the president and boards stance, Still I expect your well advised on it all.

Billy, I don't want to stir shit up re Sidecars, but the same thing happened to us back in 2010 as you know. Our AFFILIATED club took legal action (as we were allowed to), and the GB threw out our complaint.

Soooo... where does the MNZ GB accountability start and where does it stop??
Surely MNZ members can't let this debacle continue??
Is it still beastiality if ya fuck a frozen chicken??

Not on the people or organisations you're trying to bring to account but to the very sport you claim to love and support and wish to grow.

What is written here does not stay here in 'kiwibiker' land it travels far and wide and not just within New Zealand. It lands on the desks and screens of team owners, budget holders, sponsors and manufacturers to name but a few.

For the good of our sport can you direct your statements directly to those you have an issue with through the correct channels and leave those of us who are left to continue and try and run our sport free of this self destructing train wreck of a direction it is heading.

Please, I know its just a handful of you perpetuating this but think of the damage you are doing, I hope to god its not your aim to bring our sport down like this but believe me you are.......

A five year ban???? Are you fucken serious???

Oh, Shaun will end up bankrupting MNZ when he appeals and goes to the Spo..........

    FFS!!!

There needs to be an emergency meeting (or special AGM) to sort this fucken mess out!! Too much shit is going on and bad decisions being made and proposed. The only way forward is to sit coonts down at a table and have conversations on MNZ's direction, issues and remedies. Until that happens, it's only going to contnue as it is.

FFS, pick up some phones you goobers.....

I will attend a meeting anywhere anytime Scrivy that someone else arranges, as I am done spending my own money on phone calls just to get voice messages all the time.

And the quote above as well as Shauns mention of repeated answerphone messages is exactly the stonewall approach these clowns apply consistently, Rather than try and defend ANYTHING I have mentioned, Graham has just tried too make it look like I am the person responsible for the mess the organisation is in, GO FIGURE!!!! The old denial approach, Well get with the program, Ignorance is no excuse.

So you condone MNZ taking 8 weeks to supply a member with GB minutes?? Even after repeated requests?? You realise that is a legal requirement of MNZ to the member?? That was using the channels - but to no avail.

The damage we are doing?? Are you serious?? The blatant disregard for MNZ's members rights from the elected MNZ officers is where the blame and shame should be directed.
Do you not read all of the complaints directed to MNZ officals from MNZ members on here? There are also a shit load of complaints raised by non-KB members towards MNZ also.

No, I understand where you're coming from Graham, but in this instance, the shoe is definitely on the other foot.

    So we need to:
    1. collate everything we're unhappy about.
    2. identify the greatest concerns.
    3. discuss a solution to each
    4. then finally wrap it in an email with a list of the appropriate email addresses.

This allows us to cohesively send a message that cannot be misinterpreted by individual interpretation. For instance, we may all agree that there is a problem, but the way an individual describes that problem might be misinterpreted by officials. This might dilute the argument and cause more frustration.

    Yeah?
