MNZ rule changes for 2015

Not as I was led to understand by admin twiggy, I asked that the reports were sent too me after EVERY event,( Not that it EVER happened on a regular basis) as when I took over I was informed that previously they were only forwarded to the discipline commissioner in the event of a fatality, If that is incorrect then the fault lies with Admin, Not the commissioner.

I WAS receiving reports for a while ( after I asked Admin nicely ) but that tapered off for some reason.

O well that makes sense then why you did not get what you had asked for. Admin or Vicky will NOT even reply to my emails re banning me, very very unproffesional and not good for the sport at all.

I am undecided if I should be approaching the sports tribunal or small claims court for loss of income due to there combined actions of bringing the sport into disrepute, but this would end up costing the licence holders and not the people who are really screwing the sport.

Its not a new thing and is NOT going too change while some remain involved, It is just not a level playing feild and has not been for sometime now, Not sure why the board would expect the members to risk a protest while the rulebook/Officials commissioner and appeal process are as flawed as they are, Had to laugh while reading the blog site comments and one persons request for more transperancy and that things HAVE too change, Damned straight they do to get rid of the tossers.

On another note, Had a double take watching the news last night and the report on the illegal swimming record that swimming NZ were arrogantly going ahead with despite the pool being not up to "SPEC" Remind you of anybody ?????

well so far, Mnz;s lack of action and unproffessional actions are a huge talking point on UK and USA Racing web sites, I might be a bit of a shit sterer, but I am 100% a man of principal and there bullshit has just gone to far and I will NOT stop untill they awnser questions like the porffessionals they are supposed to be. I have a contract on offer for next year at the TT and cannot sign because they will not reply, fuckin pathetic of them.

Presumably you haven't closed the door to you getting a llicence through another route ?

And, devils advocate that I am, might just be that you're not receiving replies from "Admin" as there is nothing to communicate to you until a decision is made Shaun - riding the ladies in the Office doesn't speed the Board up mate ..........

Another route is an option of course Budda. But being a kiwi and one who has represented our sport on the world stage in fine fassion over the years makes me just a tad pig headed on this point mate.

I here what you are saying re the office, but when I recieve scarcastic replies to genuine questions to them, I get just a tad testy about there slack response time, especially after asking what clauses etc I am being refused a licence on and getting NO reply at all about it, and it was vicky at the office that first told me via email that I was not to recieve a licence. If you cannot do the job, get out of the kitchen
