How many trillions of dollars of aid has been pumped into that basket case continent the last few decades, only to see their population soar over five times in 50 years. Because with blacks the world over, personal responsibility goes out the window. If in doubt, pull the race card or open up the book of excuses.

Any failings of an African in Africa? Blame colonialism.
14 year old boy rapes a grandmother in SA? Blame apartheid.
USA police shoot dead a violent black teenager in self defense? That's institutional racism.
Not enough blacks in US universities? Blame slavery.
Pack of blacks gang rape a Swedish girl in Sweden? Blame white privilege for keeping them down.
Black taxi driver rapes female passenger in NZ? He is culturally displaced (What! Diversity is our strength!!).
Black cuts off a grandmothers head in the UK with a machete? The cultural enrichment is inspirational, lets bring more in.

It is only the pathetic liberal, beta male west, who will defend and promote such a pathetic race of take all but give nothing. You will find no such mercy with the Japs, Chinese, Arabs, Jews, Indians and Russians, who by all accounts despise Africans, see them for what they are, and have no hesitation in pushing them out of their boarders. There will come a time where the west will have to let nature take its course with Africa, and slot natural selection into top gear.

These guys do pretty good healthcare coverage and look at 'news' items as well.

Note this video is not about the relationship between Ebola and salt, but has a section about Ebola and another news item on salt RDI research.

It could well be just across the ditch??

And in whoever flew back with him or breathed his shit in the last two days???

Paramedics wearing protective clothing rushed the man to Gold Coast University Hospital this morning, according a spokesperson.
In a statement Gold Coast Health chief executive Damian Green said the necessary precautions are being taken and the patient has been isolated.
The Southport man had just returned from the Congo and emergency crews said he had been seriously ill for two days.
"Universal infection control procedures are in place and there is limited risk to patients and staff," Mr Green said.
An Ebola outbreak in Africa has so far claimed more than 2000 lives.

....And it turns out the guy in Aus didn't have Ebola.

More information from, you know, doctors, about exactly why people are panicking, and why they shouldn't (basically, the news media has hugely misrepresented threat levels):

"This Way Up" (Chris Morton, Radio New Zealand this afternoon) interviewed Dr Chris Smith about the ebola outbreak. Smith mentioned a theory that outbreaks tend to coincide with drought. If that is the case, then its possible that there will be more outbreaks as part of the climate change/global warming that may or may bot be occurring

Another forum raised some interesting points about this strain of 'Ebola'...
No external sores or external bleeding like previous incidences.
The epic centre is a zone where everyday people have good access to cellphones yet there is no footage of victims outside the mainstream media reports...
If there was a real ebola outbreak with local population having good access to communications people would be fleeing the area in droves, can you imagine the Auckland motorway if we had reports here of even a small outbreak???
Just like SARS, Swine Flu, this seems like a pro vaccine scam to trick people into buying meds they don't need....

And that doctor that got 'saved' by the vaccine. If he really had Ebola and survived he would have massive internal organ damage and not be walking about smiling...

    1) There is no vaccine for Ebola. So no-one to sell it to, and no doctor was given it - you are possibly getting confused with ZMAPP, which was in development, and given to two people who subsequently survived. It is unclear if they survived as a result of ZMAPP or other factors.

    2) The virus is hitting those with the worst sanitation and the least education, as you would expect given the conditions under which it spreads. So very few of the infected have access to technology, and those who aren't infected tend to stay the fuck away. These are also those too poor to flee. Furthermore, those with confirmed symptoms are isolated to avoid further spreading of the disease, which leaves fewer photo opportunities. That said, if you look outside the main few news sources there are still a number of photos of people dead on the street due to Ebola - but too disturbing for many people to post... (another reason people aren't fleeing in 'droves' - this outbreak has killed only a tiny fraction of those killed by HIV/malaria/TB/many other diseases in Africa. It makes for good news but in terms of total death count is actually pretty low compared to much of what are considered 'normal'/day-to-day diseases).

    3) The people infected are, by and large, people without money to spend on vaccines - so this would be a piss poor way to sell vaccines (especially given there isn't one for Ebola...)

    4) Many of the people dying are doctors. A number of these are well-off, western doctors. People don't tend to volunteer for death for a 'fake' outbreak or to sell a vaccine.

    5) This virus has a mortality rate of about 60%. Of those who survive, often the symptoms didn't progress to massive internal hemorrhaging. So it is entirely possible for someone to become infected, get seriously ill, recover, and be walking around smiling. That said among the worst infected there are certainly reports of bleeding from various orifices (don't know if external sores have ever been a symptom of Ebola?

    6) Swine Flu/SARS were very real threats, not conjured up to make someone rich. That doesn't mean people didn't use them as an excuse to get rich - Tamiflu in particular has copped a lot of flack from doctors who say there is little evidence of it working. But, many governments bought it because it was all that was on offer.

Also, *epicenter not epic center. Also, is there even an epicenter for this outbreak? I was under the impression it was fairly dispersed, and in fact some of the original outbreak sites are now nearly disease free.

Did we catch a break? Who knows if there'll ever be anything virile enough to spread across the globe. One thing we do know though, is that we ain't ready for it.

One thing we do know is that international trade and air travel is more important than sealing borders against an outbreak of anything...
Just like Swine flyu and SARS there will be a mkII version and a crap drug to sell to gullible governments. Tamiflu was one of greatest frauds ever, an overhyped decongestant that just mitigated symptoms slightly...
