My bank has 'unusual' opening hours. Only opens 3 weeks per month.
Although I can sometimes get after hours service with gifts or the application of alcohol.

Yes I think they must be working hard on that 4th week though, as that is when my bank often contacts me to complain about lack of attention to their financial requests.
