Thing I disliked most about going to the gym was when a half team full of college rugbyheads would pile in and make a ruckus, grunt, posture, leave dumbells and shit lying around, mill around doing jack shit, flex in the mirror after doing 1/4 squats on the Smith machine (get in the cage and do ass to grass or fuck off, pussies), etc

Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

weak as piss and could not run a mile. I just rely on the power of being a red head. Seriously though I have done more exersise in the last few months that I have since 1990-91 when I trained hard for one year in Japan, that was the only year I ever trained for racing bikes and never had any fitness issues whilst on the bike, be it closed track or the TT and was always a smoker also. Probally could have been even faster if I was fitter.

Anyone else here use creatine? I've been taking it daily for about 3 months and it really makes a difference to muscle strength.

Always been fit and strong....army,fighting sports ( beats me why some c*nts call it "arts" )fishing
1.87 m and 87 kgs back then, and still now as an old c*nt..
Still do heavy physical work, and started going to gym semi regularly before I would have needed it.
Put plenty of guys half my age to shame....
will just have to work harder to keep it that way..
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....
