OK this doesn't mention Hager, but it did happen in Afghanistan. For those who love questions there is much to ask about here. I have several of my own as the events in the valley look seriously odd. The Afghan National Police present during filming seemed to have a superior understanding of their tactical situation in comparison to the people there on the day. Unlike the NZ troops, the ANP didn't want to hang around in an excessively vulnerable situation.

It almost goes without saying that the reporters don't understand some of the military detail, but their errors are not sufficient to invalidate the questions.
