Another half day in the office.
Horn mounted and a some wiring removed wrapped harness in self-ama.lgamating tape.

Cut the rear section down and shaped hoop to be welded in place.
Indicators will be bullet style and be inside the hollow tubes.
Theres another that has done this and they look good
Re-run alternator cables and removed battery cable set up as battery will be in tail hump.

Finished ignition wiring. Speedo will mount on the other side.

Mastertrade may have it in stock or other wholesalers would order it.
It comes with a centre line overlap marker and can be used to repair water pipe splits or holes.

Idd like a fat back tread but idd need run the wheel off centre. Its likely ill just putter around on it. Even with the bits pulled off its still a heavy bike.

    Filter arrived

Also shaped some inserts to be welded in hollow pipe.
Bullet indicators will go in the ends. I have the same ones on the trailer and they are great.

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=778569346 indicators

Added a front frame brace to mount up tail unit also.

Someone need explain to the Chinese that the throttle slide needs to slide on a smaller surface that's smooth.

2hrs sanding later and the slide works.

    Got a bit done today.
Had a few callouts for work though.

Subframe welded and painted. Going to get the whole frame powder coated next year after finishing it. Will be on the winter list.

Problem with end cap bullet indicators in pipes as NZ bike plate will be to wide.
Will need go with standard stem indicators.
Didn't like the fork brace so off it comes.
Didn't like blue ignition so made it black.

Constructed rear mounting for ecu and mounted that.
Painted original bar ends as the fit the new clip-ons.

Stage one of seat pan supports.

    Front is riser clamps(ally)
Rear is going onto 2 holes up and 2 tabs on top.
Going to construct and ally pan to match the seat pan when it arrives and several spacer blocks to try different heights when the rearsets arrive seeing as im tall.

    .
You can get a supplementry plate that is smaller, its for if your normal plate is obscured with a bike rack etc.
Not sure how legal it is to just run the 1 plate though.
