    Interesting.
I have bought a set of standard small indicators now though so ill run those.
Not to sure about plate mount as ill need the rear unit on the bike to see.
I could go with side mount but there not a lot of places to bolt it on due to the single side swingarm.

Y'know, that carb would fit very nicely back about a foot, just above that alternator thingy.

Which would leave several cubic thingummies within which to explore all sorts of interesting possibilities about how to connect it to the manifold...
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon

The black unit in front of air filter is a bosh air valve which normally is inside the airbox. At the moment its on its side as normally it sits above the air filter. There is 4 injectors on the other side after a secondary airbox.

I assume you mean pipe that up through what is the wiring relay box area and move those items to other areas leaving a large hollow area on the rt side

Would be a good spot for battery and radiator overflow I guess.
Might need to give this some thought as the length of the rubber connecting pipe wouldn't effect the way the bike would run I guess.

Some have turned the secondary airbox around 180 degrees making the bosh unit come out the left side of the bike facing forwards.

Theres a big turbo kit available.

I think k100 woukld chew drive shafts with to much power.

75hp would be ok I think they claimed 90 but im sure that's inflated.

Having the 14r means it isn't likely to do any distance trips and having biscuit wheels its not likely to do little trips quickly anyway.

Saying that I could sell zx14 and fit 1200rt drive train and fat back wheel and tyre plus blower.

I like superchargers, and that layout just seemed a good fit, perfect if you could get a drive up to it.

Easily hidden too, 'cause I like sleepers.

But it's got the potential to be a nice bit of kit anyway, and I like the way it's heading.

Later model k1200 rear end bolts on after gearbox. The later model gearbox wont match the engine bolts though so would need retain the 5 speed box.
I didn't want it to suck to many pennies but like everything that starts out small it costs 3 times what you promised the wife it would.
Im approaching the point of no return financially which is a good thing. Cant stop now.

    Started seat base and mounting.
Have tried to keep the same line as the tank base.

Used a 10mm thick ally plate.
Outer edges may need trimed down when I have the seat unit.

Ok spent the day with Malcolm

Have the mild steel prototype unit with oversized inlet pipe to check angles. Some modifications on the cluster of the inlets to better suit the pipes natural layout so it wont be the stock standard square pattern of most collectors but closer to the natural pipe layout of a k100.

He is happy to take orders for anyone who would like one.
Note the outlet length on the stock unit will be 40mm longer for those who like short pipes and you will need cut it down to suit if you want it shorter or advise Malcolm.
    Prices are very good.

Stainless with outlet pipe to suit 54mm ID(note you can pick another size but it will add some cost as these will be hand made items).

Remember its a hand made item so any additional requirements can be arranged. Perhaps spring hoops and so on.

    $160 NZD plus freight.
This is approx. 140USD or AU dollars plus freight or 85 UK Pounds.

Definitely with the headlight as long as it matches your vision for the whole look.
