    Clip-on to full handlebar conversion - SV1000?

    Hi,

has anyone done this conversion on a SV1000?

Interested to know where to get parts and what cost was involved.

    Cheers

Stuff from a naked SV1000 or SV650 or a Vstrom will be needed

Bar and risers, grips, top triple (SV one, or some people drill/tap their S one), throttle/clutch cables, possibly switchblocks / wiring fiddlery as well.

I'm not sure if the naked bars foul the fairing on an S. If so you might have to get aftermarket swept back ones.

Disclaimer - never done it, but shouldn't cost too much to find an SV with stuffed front wheel/forks and raid necessary bits.
