    What's your worsterest movie ever?

Well, I must say I did a search for "worst movies" and the nearest thread I could find was an old one of Boob's from 2008 so I figured it was time to start a new one.

What prompted this, I hear you avidly asking? (Ok, so not avidly, more like with a sense of dread...)

So here it is. I just spent approximately 2 hours of my life I'll never get back watching "Noah". Now I should have already known that Russell Crowe is pretty much the kiss of death to lots of "artistic" things, but maybe, just maybe, there was hope. Uh, no.

In the end it was so bad I just had to keep watching to see if it could get any worse. And ya know what? It sure did! But I just couldn't resist the train wreck - why am I such a masochist?

Ah well, I probably got what I deserved for thinking that the wonderfully magical Hermione Grainger was able to whip out her wand and salvage something of this epic, well quite frankly I'm not sure what to call it. And I far preferred Jennifer Connelly in "Labyrinth" when she was the teen transformed rather than the scarecrow figure in skinnies (I wonder if they really did have pants like that back in Noah's day) that looked like they were about to fall off her stick figure at any moment.

That's my rant. Who wants to go next?

    Buried

Actually this doesn't really fit your criteria PB but I'll rant anyway.

"Buried" is a horrible awful piece of creepy thriller and I never ever ever want to see it again. I'm claustrophobic and never mind nightmares - I had daymares after watching it. Kept flashing on scenes when I was at work.

Sod that. No movie has ever had that effect before.

But ok, it is a very good movie if it can instill such horror.

Twilight. The only reason this is not comfortably the worst movie I have ever seen is because I have also seen 2 of the sequels. That is what my wife wanted for Mother's Day this year. For me to watch the last 2 in the series with her.

Apart from The Mask. Because Cameron Diaz.

It's probably not the worsterest, but for the sheer gap between the hype and actuality, Titanic.

I limited my watching criteria a loooooooooong time ago. If a movie is shite, I turn it off or leave the cinema as I see no point in falling asleep then waking up with a stiff neck and covered in drool and popcorn (hopefully mine). So I don't really have a worst movie... but will most certainly add you guyses choices to my list of avoids.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

That, my friend, is above and beyond the call of duty.

The worst films I have ever paid money to see: BLIND DATE (Bruce Willis/Kim Basinger) and THE DA VINCI CODE (even Audrey Tatou could not save it: Tom Hanks what THE FUCK were you thinking?).

You make a good point, but if that's what you want from film - Holy Smoke, with bonus Harvey Keitel.

Seen it. Enjoyed it. To be fair she was very reliable about it too. Like Eva Green.
