Hi all. Looking for a CBR 250 MC19 or 22 for my sister. Must be good mechanically - no rattles and smoke etc and preferably legal, reg on hold ok. Not worried about cosmetics as long as its all there plastic wise. Max of $2,000 to spend around Auckland
