    2004 Suzuki GSX250 help needed

Have been having problems with my bike. It totally just dies now and then when I'm doing around 7krpm as if someone has hit the kill switch. Then press the starter and away she goes. Have changed spark plugs and had the coils tested which were fine. I think possibly the CDI. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be? I highly doubt its a fuel issue because of the way it cuts out.

    Cheers
    Ben

Did you have the cap open at the time? If so then check your vent line.

Pushed the bike outside earlier on and reved it up with gas tank cap open and still had same issue. I'm pretty sure its electrical and not fuel. Might take into bike shop and get them to spend a couple hours looking at it.

You need to post a minimum number of posts IIRC

When you tested the coil, did you test the high voltage lead from the coil to the spark plug?

That's what my old GSX did.
