True, but at the same time - it's about Expectation, especially with Kids - You tell them all day they are going to see Santa, they get excited, then along comes Santa (who looks nothing like their expectations) therefore it's not Santa, therefore they didn't see Santa, therefore you lied to them and most importantly - they are disappointed.
Now - that Santa did look very cool - and I'd love to see him as part of a Santa Parade - just so long as there is also a 'proper' Santa as well.
