    Levels back straight length?

Can someone tell me the difference between levels and ruapuna straights as my bike is geared for ruapuna. I know is longer, but how much longer?
Going to the CAMS southern classic meet and id rather be drinking beer than doing a sprocket change Friday after racing.

Levels is 750m - Ruapuna is a similar length actually. I looked on Google Earth a while back when was spending the odd day at the track...

I thought Levels straight was more like 400-500metres. Its only a 2.4km track, looking at the photos, seems like if the straight was 750, then the track would be more like 3.3km.
Isnt Teretonga straight around 800 metres? - teretonga straight feels a lot longer than levels

Depends how sensitive your bike is to gearing. Big bikes - Ruapuna gearing, small bikes maybe 1 -2 teeth bigger on the rear sprocket.
Possibly even one off the front - depends on the rider too as the entry to the straight at Ruapuna is faster.

On google maps right click and select where you want to start measuring from and select "measure distance" then right click where you want to measure to and click "distance to here"
    Levels: https://www.google.co.nz/maps/place/...00ef86847983c0
    Ruapuna: https://www.google.co.nz/maps/place/...53fa61bab90227

They are both close enough to be the same I reckon. All depends where you want to start and stop measuring.
