we both know how hard it is going to be for him to get the title again this year now buddy- Honda has LOST one important thing, a Rider that is a good test feed back rider, otherwise they would NOT have the engine chassis package shit they have this year causing the problems

You know there's a problem when they're constantly throwing new frames and swingarms at it.

Yep, Honda back to the old days of looking for more HP, no matter what it does to the chassis and riders lol. MM for Ducati or Yamaha next year then eh, his brother is not cutting it in moto2 either

Moto3 was the usual awesomeness.....8 wide into the corner at the end of the straight ,tight as racing right to the end.
Smokin Joe got 351.8kmh out of the Duke, a new record. A good tussle with him & SparkyMarky

He'll either win it or bin it I reckon.
Yeah, when he realised he had missed the bus he looked pissed-off, tossed his hat aside and stalked out of the pit box.
And your win or bin was a good call.

Melandri has a two year contract so unless there's an out clause he'll still be on an Aprilia next year.

...on Michelins, which could well make the difference to his pace, he just can't use the Bridgestones seemingly...be interesting to see if it does change things

This is the exact same thing that happened to Simon Crafar, untill Simon got back on tyres he liked and was not fast enough any longer! He is finished/spent and will be bought out at seasons end if need be. Simon was man enough to move on

He didn't have a lot of say in it. Crafar says he was told it's easier to change the rider than it is to change the tyre manufacturer.

And how did said team get on with a new rider? Did they win any more races like ever?
I thought the team was crazy at the time changing tyre brands, I mean how non factory teams win races at that level!

I have no idea, I just remember Crafar describing how things went from being asked if there was anything else he needed, to getting the arse card.

Can't remember where I saw that. He does have quite a long chat at the start of his Motvudu DVD but I'm not sure if it was included in that or not.

The team just went steadily backwards, they never won another race again. Nobs!

That is, if you don't count Laconi's win in 1999, or McCoy's three GP wins in the 2000 season...

    Two bins and a blow-up

The Marquez magic is a bit thin on the ground this year. He was doing fantastic for the first few laps, and I thought I was really in with a shot (given that Dovi was 2nd). Then Lozenge puts an entire second on the rest in the space of one laps. Oh, one of those races Jorge....

Moto2 race was a bit boring, despite being a crashfest.

That Moto3 race though... 'phwoar' is the only word for it...
