Just to make this clear for all the late readers:

North Shore People meet at 'the pad' between holeshot and cyclespot in Barry's Pt Road
Leaving at 9.30am sharp so dont be late

    EVERYONE ELSE:
Be at Papakura Autobahn (between Papakura offramp and Drury offramp heading South on the motorway.
Be ready to leave by 10.30am

Its around the 450km mark for the whole trip. Lunch stop will be in coromandel town (approx 12.30), we will then proceed across to Whitianga, regroup, head down to Tairua, regroup before heading back to Kopu where people can decide which way they want to head home.

And so i can keep tabs on whos coming:

First time I've been on a ride, so I assume if we need fuel to get there early then?

Looks like it'll be a good ride... hopefully the weather looks like it's going to be good.

yeh mate, we're gonna be arriving there around 10am from the shore, which gives you about 25mins to be fueled up and ready to rock.

the meeting place is a fuel station, so when you rock in with everyone, just head straight to the pumps and sort yourself out. Don't have to worry about getting fuel before you meet up etc, you've got half an hour before we leave (assuming you get there at 10), so that's plenty of time to sort yourself out

What's the rough travel time from the CBD down to the Autobahn? I've not been down there before and want to make sure I leave with enough time.
