Questions for Open Pro Twins AMCC class

I've tried emailing AMCC twice but haven't received a reply, so would be grateful if anyone here can provide answers.

This is for AMCC series Open Pro Twins class:

    1. For new rider, does one need to compete in Clubmans first before entering Open Pro Twins? (my bike is not eligible for Clubmans )
    2. Do headlights need to be taken off for Open Pro Twins? Is it OK to just disconnect them and tape over it perhaps?
    3. Also the same question for taillights. Is it ok to just disconnect+tape them?
    3. Belly pan / oil dam...Currently Panigale does not come with oil dam. Is this a requirement?
