Gotta admit I agree that the cops need to chase... Hypocritical of me I know. But the fact is, if I knew they pulled out at X speed then I'd spend all day AT X speed knowing I'd never get ticketed - including while driving the cage! If there is no chance of getting caught, everybody will do it. Society needs at least some form of enforcement.

At least at the moment you've got to try to get away (most of the time anyway)... if they weren't gonna chase, what reason would there be to stop for them - ever?!
