    I don't have access to a mill so I took this front bit in. Guy didn't do a very good job but good thing you're not gonna see it.

    Buy yourself a dremel. I would have drilled 2 holes and dremel cut between them.
    Also is that a seat mount part? Its like a cryptic puzzle working out where it goes.

    I was meaning the slot holes. Drill 2 holes and use the small circular dremel blade to cut between the holes to form the slots.

    Grinder is for the rest.

    Had to modify a frame bracket to hold the battery down without the factory seat on top of it.
