From this pic it looks like you might be heading towards doing a 2 into 1 exhaust. Are you just banging something together with the pipes, anything goes. Or are you doing anything to ensure good exhaust length to match the pulses? Or have I misjudged your intentions and to do 2 pipes as it had stock?

Yeah? Who are you to be arbiter of what is "called for" anyhow Spider..

As for your hypocritical platitudes about criticism.. pretty ironic eh.. "What a web we weave..."

LR is up for critique of his doings, for sure.. or otherwise - why would he post it up here - on social media..
& LR can respond for himself, if he wants to.. so how about you take you own advice there too eh, fella..

I also note that you didn't pile in - when LR's fabrication techniques were being critically appraised, earlier in the thread.. or didn't you actually read it?

    Too funny..

The fact that you may be be capable of reading full sentances ... continues to amaze me. Actually understanding what was written ... seems to continue to elude you though ...

A critique of some technical nature perhaps? A defence of LR's selected colour palate choice, maybe?

Otherwise, be advised, your post is reportable as abusive/off-topic..

Or is it - that you are really upset enough to post-nasty, because - you are in fact - the LR's squeeze? L.O.L...
Thank you Just A wanker for yet another inane comment.
I have read and reread your comments to enable me to understand how your keyboard is analyzing things.
Apart from your comment about LR fabrication skills everything is negative.
Not everyone has your taste in the perfect ride and thank fuck for that
If I wish to add Yamaha jog scooter fairing to my 996 then that is my choice.
Nothing to add to LR build as he is doing it as he wants it and so far looks all good to me.
If he was asking for advice then Im sure it would be forthcoming.

Feel free to report me and give me red rep.
I can handle that from JUST A Wanker

Too funny.. & shit, you are way too sensitive..

I dare you to do a thread showing you desecrating a 996.. & await the comments you'll draw for doing so..

But, of course that proposal of yours - is simply an "inane comment".. since you actually have some obsolescent ol' shitbox..
    What's the matter, can't you upgrade to a 1/2 decent SRAD? L.O.L...

I won't report/red rep you, ( bet you can't wait to get into doing that, eh) - but some busybody hypocritical stick-in-the-mud much like you, likely will..

Are you taking the piss out of gsxr - Rambi?

Or are you really just as ignorant...

FYI, A-B is correct about that.. & you'll see the same if you check out most any dungery ol' V-twin with a 2-into-1 pipe..

( & also FYI, you'll likely get pinged by an anal moderator - for duplicating that pic, too)..

I was merely asking a simple question. Yes oid Vtwins run fine with unbalanced exhausts but if I was going to the extreme that LR is i would want some extra performance out of it as well
Unless of course you just want the blip blop pop bang pop bang pop of an unbalanced exhaust.
    Merely asking a simple question.
Myself If I was going to the trouble of building new headers I would build them balanced but each to there own.
That is what is great about motor cycles we all have our differing oppinions and preferences and can customise, modify, performance modify or bling them out to our own needs or preferences

Are you suggesting that LR should add a 'balance' pipe between the headers straight across, under the intake air-box?

You do realize that those V-twins do not have even firing intervals, (unlike your Suzuki), & it aint no Britten..so, for such sluggard it doesn't really matter..
Opinion does not come into it either, 'cept in the aesthetic looks depts
