I know from my old TRRS, I loved getting feedback from anyone! Be it good or bad!
I can remember having over 40 criticisms after one meeting in the early years - I still have a list of them.....

BUT.... I didn't ignore them, I fixed them, so I could make a better event. It grew from year to year, and with less and less 'niggles'.

If clubs know about issues, then they can rectify them. Its a win/win!

Let's be positive and make changes for everyones benefit.

Right, let's start a list for the committee:
    1. I wish I had gone.......
    2.
    3.
    2. Too many people with push chairs were blocking the sky bridge.

Being one of the volunteers and organisers I thank you for the constructive comments which can be addressed to ensure that next years event is better.

And any other ideas that you can up with. Personally I was disappointed not to hear the bagpipes first thing on Sunday morning which used to be a Festival tradition.

The whole thing was organised at about 2 months notice so advertising was difficult especially over the Christmas break.

Problems that added to the timetable were

    1) the rain !! - after 3 months of drought we got the only weekend with any rain.
    2) Radio communication - these are going to be replaced for next season
3)The chicane added 20 secs per lap = 2-3 mins per event so the timetable became very tight.

However a schedule for opening the track crossing , say once on the hour and on the 1/2 hour for 2 mins for foot traffic so you would know when to front up sounds like a reasonable idea.

But glad that most of you enjoyed it.

    See you there next year.

And ALWAYS go and thank the Cheryls of this world for their efforts on your behalf.
