    17x5+ 3 spoke rim

I'm looking for a rear 3 spoke rim to fit a 190 17 tyre, model etc doesn't matter as long as the sproket is on the left.
The cheaper the better as im on a limited budget for my first ground up concept build

can possibly also exchange for lathe work.

    5inch is a bit small for 190.
5.5inch is common and 190 will fit but 180 is more suited for that.
6inch is more the size you would want.

Hard to find a good deal unless its been dollar reserved and nobody else really wants it.
Most want 200-350 for a wheel with disc and sprocket set up.

That's why I'm here not on trademe getting raped..

I did think about using a car rim again like i did on my current bike but the machine work in making a carrier for it all gets a little involed, and smallest I can get is 7"

Hopefully someone will have 1 they'll let go cheap..

Yeah not easy as 4.5, 5.5 and 5inch are the weapon of choice for post classic racers and 18inch converters and motards.

I had to buy one from ebay for my postie as it was almost impossible finding a spare wheel for wets of the exact model.
I think I paid $75usd for wheel and $80usd for freight but it came with almost new tire that I sold for $100 on tardme so I got lucky.

I have an oem ZX12-R wheel set sitting in the shed. Rear is straight as, complete with cush-drive & sprocket & rear brake rotor. It has a well shot 190/55 Pirelli Angel fitted (absolute shite) and I have the front also. The front has a ding, still rode straight but it's the reason I replaced the wheels.

PM an offer. I can arrange Mainfreight from my end if we reach a deal.

Its not to bad but its going to take time to find one unless someone here has what your after.

7inch sounds like its going to want a 200+ tyre most likely 240 especially if its low profile tyre your fitting.
Most new big sports bikes have 6 inch rears with 190 or 200 tyres on them.
