...if you or I did that we would face a raft of charges and would be lucky to come away with our licence intact...that cunt will be on full pay and back out doing his thing shortly, I bet...thats the piss off to most I'd say...apart from the driver of the dinged cage...

Yup...gotta admit, riding anywhere near police cars does make me a tad nervous ...there always making quick turns or pull in rapid stops, always running the orange lights and generally driving like its smokey & the fuckin bandit.

But like ANY OTHER ROAD USER....you see em doing dangerous shit...HAVE AT THEM!!, pull up and tell them to stop driving dangerously and risking other road users...or you WILL lay a formal complaint...NO excuse's for such driving.

Which is EXACTLY why I usually carry a HD camera (Im thinking of fixed HD units into the bike soon...front & rear!*)...because cameras don't lie!...and they ensure others cannot!!, and most importantly, they can speak for you when you sadly cannot.

21st century folks...Police use tech to get dangerous drivers etc off the road...and so can you.

    Spot on Murray!

But it's always nicer to focus on somebody elses screw-up causing a crash eh..regardless of who it is.

Not sure if this has any relevence to the topic, but a neighbour had a non injury road accident recently involving two vehicles near the Hamilton Airport. The police were called but a Fulton Hogan crew were sent out to manage the scene.

Is this a new trend?. If so, I wonder how such an accident is recorded against the stats.

Yep mines helped a couple times; see the little gang members face when you point out the camera... Suddenly it goes from smirk to disgruntled faster than you can say "suck it bitch"

    Smirk?

I wonder why they need to smirk?

With you I'd sneer, camera or no camera...
