Listened to a podcast on the radio about how AI will look back in 1000 years and wonder how fleshy things ruled the planet, much like we look at the dinosaurs but sooner.
Went on to say that the idea of traveling boldly to a galaxy far far away as meat seems unlikely.

    Thats pretty cheerful isn't it.
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

When Dan Stauffer won in 2010 he was the first newcomer to win the Main Race in 41 years, it'll be interesting, don't forget shane richardson who got third last year on a 600 from memory and set the fastest ever lap for an F2 bike, not a lap record as RHM is separate though.

I'm not biased or anything, but Mr Lawrence beat both Lee Johnston & Connor Cummins by around ten positions around there last year.
But yeah, Shane isn't to be ignored at all!

i know that, don't forget his win the year before on a near ten year old bike.....

those two overseas names and placings are indicative of how a lot of people find wanganui first time, even living legends.

Dean Oughtred had shit pouring out his trouser leg on his attempt & placed nowhere.
The dude wins multiple classes in Aussie too.
I chauffeured Jay & him for two sighting laps in the van the day before.
Funny when Jay was telling him to "hang the back wheel outside the white line coming in here"
    Only the back wheel mind.

yeah some are keen others not so, i took Stauffer into paeroa the first year, we arrived at the hairpin, drve to the pits, he chatted with brian bernard, asked if he wanted brian to jump in to which he declined, did a full lap then back to the pits and to his accom, then went and won the next day, was cool to be part of along the journey of motorcycling.

A big call. Hickman undoubtedly has the talent - but is he on holiday....as so many overseas riders have been.

I know right, All this praying to sky pixies or fighting over which sky pixie is the best. Or killing people over how someone feels their sky pixie was insulted is rather silly.

    Well, merry bloody christmas anyway...

Survived another hospital visit. With some difficulty.

But I have to say, this lot of drugs were the best yet....Woke up around midnight, coming down off Panadol and morphine.
To watch the floral pattern curtains in my cubicle, strobing red,orange,blue,green....Very pretty.
Wondered why no-one else was awake then realised I was sitting in my own cold sweat.

Ah well, it's over - for the present.
