What can you say about this slaughter in Pakistan...

Yes its a predictable reaction and plays right into the arms of the war hawks but at some point these fucking medievalists have got to be dealt to. Sure disagree all you want but burning female teachers alive in front of their students?? Shooting kids?

It was a revenge attack so goodness only knows what horrors preceded it but .....

The last bastion of talibanism is in North Waziristan. This sort of shit goes on regularly, but the peasants in NZ do no hear of it due to A) crap media & B) pointy ball shit filling up the "sound bite" news timespan.
Pakistan has a huge problem in that region due to internal corruption and a badlands' mentality about dealing with it.

Some might say that its only real when it is next door and there are middle class white people involved.

My view on all these places is that the violence is self inflicted, driven by the collective mental illness that is religion, and unless and until these people decide to sort their shit out, its their problem. hundreds of years of western adventurism has not helped.

Kind of agree, but am thinking it is more to do with the momentum of energy that has been building from centuries of disconnection from SOURCE energy/god.
Religion knows nothing of source energy/god.
