um, lets see, Murderess! for starters.
Sympathy, ? for her? Never.
Most of those 7 poor kids were going to end up just like her, drunk all day, layed all night, pregnant most of her young adolescent life, did I say life, sentence more like.
Now the poor ol Aussie tax payer is going to have to keep forking out the unemployed bene and the grief support bene and the Woooo is me bene.
Pity her own attempts didn't come off, clean then, got it all in one go.

youngest is 2 oldest is 14, basically she went pregnant after nursing for 6 month after each child..
this makes me wonder if she is of a fundamentalist religion as the quiverfull movement (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quiverfull) which preaches that women should have as many children as they could possibly bear and be submissive and obedient to her husband at all times, and since when she has suffered from depression and if she ever received any medical attention other than going to the hospital to pop out another one of gods little blessing.

As for the question if a man would be judged the same? as man can't birth children, can't go through pregnancy with all its associate hormonal ups and downs and as women supposedly have an innate maternal instinct that is god given and must be obeyed when a women has a child, i guess that yes a man who kills 8 children would be treated differently - this might not be fair, but society is not fair when it comes to gender discrimination.

i venture to guess that she had a major mental episode, and yes is now coming to terms that she killed all her children and her niece/nephew.
