Certifying bike mods?

The local testing stations are super bike friendly but engine (2T to 4T) and/or fork/swingarm swaps will probably push the boundaries.

Far as I know rhodes (temuka) doesn't do bikes, there's a fella in timaru who does think his name is john palmer. Works mon to wed so give a call then.
