that's a weak excuse in the face of legislation that states a plate must be within 15 degrees of verticle for a low volume vehicle or a new vehicle.

Those handlebars are the fugliest thing I've ever seen on two wheels.

Well that's good then since it's neither new nor low volume.

Sick build, man! I've had my eyes on getting a cafe racer for ages (lack the skills to properly build one myself!)

Nice looking bike, although it would be in your own interests to add more than just one picture...

How many KM's have to put on it with the new air filter setup?

Its not on the check list.
Last one I did they gave me the plate to install when I got home.
Plate angle isn't a WOF check either.
Trimming plate edges isn't legal but also not on WOF checklist.

uploading is a pain in the ass but I'll do some more later on.

FYI it may be on the LAMS list, but that is not a LAMS-compliant bike.

All models and variants are on the list, it says may not be modified to increase the power to weight ratio of the bike
Since some of these came out of the factory with over 75hp its arguably still within factory spec for the model.
    Up to the rider really.

It has a fart cannon and by law standards it is to increase power to weight. I'd also hazard a guess at it being lighter than stock

Need be a little careful as it looks like its going to be lighter than stock.
You should bolt 10kg down low and let new owner decide if he/she wants to drop the anchor.

I'm not entirely sure if I have a chunk of steel than weighs 10kg..let alone finding a place to strap it..

Regardless whether or not it's suitable it doesn't have to be purchased by a learner rider anyway.

How much weight do you think came off it just outa interest.
I took 70kg off mine but that's mostly touring fairings and exhaust.
