I had a similar problem with a metal (aluminium) valve cap and found (cheers internet) that it's a fairly common problem. Salt and other elements in the air can create a chemical reaction between the ally and the valve stem and they basically 'weld' themselves together. A friend cut the cap off with a dremmel and I use plastic ones now. But hopefully yours is just wedged on tight.

If you haven't had them off previously, then yeah, possibly reaction between metals bonded together.

Could try something like CRC or WD, soak it a bit and leave for a few minutes (probably best to have the valve at the top of the wheel, let it soak down into the cap).

Give them a firm tap with something hard with the wd40 or crc, helps to get it to penetrate the crap

Didn't think the Ogre, would be able to handle all that new technology you bought.

They are set to stay stuck on until you have a car of official HD Compressed Tyre Air within handy reach... Its a safety issue and you should ONLY use the official original equipment air....
