Do I need to increase main jet for my new pipe?

A while ago I bought a cheapo Danmoto exhaust for my 2001 GSX 750 and I'm still swapping back and forward trying to decide if I like it or not. If I decide to keep it on, do I need to increase the jet size? I'm running on standard jets now and the bike runs very nicely with the pipe, but I'm worried I'm stressing the motor by making it run hotter. However I don't think my old 2001 bike runs quite as lean as a more modern bike anyway so I'm not sure what to do.

I'm running the pipe with a little baffle in the centre, off the standard headers.

edit: Oh and one more point, there are no obvious signs of running seriously lean, but there's a bit of popping on deccel. Nothing major though.
