    What is this?

Every time I use KB, malwarebytes comes up with this thing, citing it as "non malware".

    Any idea what it is?

Could be because KB has an 'Arcade' feature? You can exclude it from Malwarebytes, or ignore it.

This is to do with advertising content.

Just follow step 1 in the link, malwarebytes should take care of the rest.

I would thoroughly recommend installing ad-block plus on whatever browser you use to improve your internet experience.

Fuck yes on the ad block, I don't think I would own a computer without it now.

Welcome to the internet of no adverts
Once you get used to it, you'll really notice it when you use a computer without ad-block.

Should probably start a new thread for this but I have noticed when clicking on links from google I occasionally get redirected to some R18 (titties ) advertisements. Thought I might have infected my pc with my massive porn marathons but it seems I am clean.

In order for me to accurately diagnose your issue, I are going to need some further information.
browser type, settings and some examples of the r18 titties please
