Hi all,
This is regarding my 2012 Hyobag GT250R

My bike was feeling strange when cruising on the motorway, when the throttle was held at one position the RPMs would fluctuate a bit and would feel like it was accelerating, not, accelerating, not etc. I figured the throttle bodies may be out of sync so I had a go at checking it with a DIY manometer I made.

So after I connected it all up and started the bike it was sitting pretty much dead even. However after giving it a couple of tugs on the throttle and the bike was definitely warm, this was the result:

I played around with the throttle stop screws, in the owners manual it says not to touch them as it'll cause differences in carburetion, but it was my only option:

I adjusted the screw on the cylinder with the higher vacuum, it made my idle RPM go up to like 2500 at a 1/4 turn or so, but if I fix it there, turn the bike off and turn it back on my idle RPM would drop back to 1500 again. This was the final result after revving and letting it settle:

Is that acceptable?

Also I noticed when I give it a quick tug on the throttle it'll get to like 5k and drop, it has always revved quite freely to 5k. However if I rev and hold it to try get to around 10k (while in neutral) it'll sound like one cylinder is hitting and RPM limit while the gauge rises, then rev like normal, the sound like it is again hitting an rpm limit (all in quick succession) and it'll eventually build up to 10k but one cylinder revs like expected, it won't freely rev to 10k like you'd expect. Is that a V-twin thing? Hard to explain but I'm sure someone who has experienced it before will know what I mean.
I only did it a couple of times as I don't want to ruin the motor but I was so perplexed by what happened. Any ideas?

Oh also it'll rev to 10k fine if I blip the throttle to go higher and higher rather than holding it there
