    Much-loved Impulse for sale

Have upgraded to a larger bike, so time for the Impulse to have a new home. I've had it 4-5 years - it has always been garaged in that time. GIVI box included, as is a dust cover, chain lube, tin of touch-up paint for the metallic blue, and a pot for the frame. Also has a centre stand as well as the side stand. Battery is 18 months old. Runs extremely well. If not started for several weeks, takes a few starts, but that's her telling me off.

Gets a WOF tomorrow, and there's 6 mths left on rego. Serious enquiries only please. $1750 or near offer. I'm not completely heartless but the new bike does need to be fed gas ;-)

Looks like a very tidy example. Loved mine when I had it ( 25 years ago ). Good luck with the sale

Yep, almost identical to the one I had. Very nice example, good luck with your sale.

Great bikes! Heaps of power and LAMS approved! Heh heh! Very light and low to the ground, perfect bike for those on their restricted. And hey, you're not asking a lot of cash for it! Good luck with the sale, dude

First one I have seen in good condition. Makes you wonder if your price is cheap.

You realise these are on the lams list.
You should tardme it and lift the price a bit. Make sure add lams on listing and set buy now a lot higher.

I'm glad the bike is so far away from me. I might have actually been tempted otherwise. which is not good cause I'm saving money for something a bit more orange.

Anyway, I'm sure it's not going as well as everybody says, and it is probably much heavier and the seat is higher and I should really buy something newer this time anyway. And it totally doesn't look awesome anyway. - See all sorted. I totally don't want this bike at all.

But hey, if you delivered up 'norf' and the bike (carefully and very slowly) fell of the trailer about half way, you wouldn't really care, right?

You could keep it in my garage for when you visit Wellington. Ill give it a run every so often to keep it good.

It's really nice of you to offer that I could keep the bike in your garage when I visit Wellington, mossy. You probably don't need to give it a run though. I'm sure after that long ride south it will be fine in your garage overnight before I head off again.

Sorry all who were interested, it sold last night.

It was in really good nick, I bought it about 5 years ago for the same price, so just wanted to recover my outlay.

The new owner gets a cover, touch-up paints, a manual burned onto a CD, even a white touch-up pen for the tyres lol.

I actually will miss it. Now that I'm on a Boulevard 800cc I may have to grow up a bit, for example, only allowing women over 27 with sensible skirts and boots on the back etc. haha

Jesus it's still going. I remember these being released by Suzuki - sold like hot cakes. $3k off the top of my head back then new. Great stuff thanks for the memory.
