    FOR SALE: FZR 250 Sportsbike

Black 2kr 250cc sports bike. Has scratches (and tape), but otherwise in good condition. Reliable starter and used everyday as commuter into Wellywood.

Recently replaced head bearings, chain, front disc, battery.
Wof and Reg. Tyres still have plenty of meat left on them. Shortened screen. Will post a pic tonight.

The bike has simply gotten to small for my ever increasing ass. (too many potatoes :-)

Looking to continue riding, and as much as I enjoy riding sports bikes, I am interested in anyone wanting to trade for a dual-purpose or cruiser bike 250cc and up. (Not interested in cars or trucks thanks) Cash is also good...

Thanks for the offer ducatilover, however, the GN is even smaller than the FZR. If trading, I would like something just a bit bigger, which is one of the main drivers for passing the FZR on.

In regards to a mech inspection, It has regular oil changes, plugs, chains, pads etc, and has given me no trouble mechanically in the last three years, so would expect it to fly through a check. (...he says confidently...)

    Thanks for the interest.

hi. yes, it is the one on TM. It is also in T&E (phone just keeps ringing and ringing and...) and some other local rags. Have had loads of interest in it, just no one committed to parting with their hard-earned just yet.
Anyway, more than happy to meet you in Welly. TM Auction finishes on Sat arvo (I think?) and do expect it to be won if not sold prior.
