    My European friend has done 450Kms on a rebuilt and tuned Honda 80, he is always striving for more so took the top off and found this. I can't help but know plenty of you can.

    Looks like gasket sealer or something has gotten sucked in and cooked to the top of the piston to me.

    back in the old days they put graphite on pistons? who put the piston in

    And is that alloy from the piston on the cyl wall or erosion from detonation?...my old eyes cannae see properly.

    I reckon it needs worming...looks to me like two worms have crawled up the boost port for a night of passion, then got fried...
