Looking for a 1" bar LH switch block, narrow. Where to look?

Looking for a 1" bar Narrow switch block for the LH side. So has to have full beam switch, indicator and horn. But need it 30mm or narrower.

Have seen these and think it is probably the answer after working out how to bore it up to the bar size. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motorcycle...item259efc4c2f

But looking to see if there is something tidier and maybe local.

I seem to recall stock taking a narrow chrome or polished alloy 1 inch Honda compatible a few times. May have been an emgo.
