    96 GSXR750 G/box issues

So, after 30 years and 19 different bikes I finally got myself a gixxr YAY for me
Got it in Fielding for 4k about 5 weeks ago.
Any way I'm out on my favorite bit of twisty in west auck trying to find the limit of my new S20f's when, from one corner to the next...
NO 3rd gear! no crunches no bang...just neutral where 3rd was
I now have an RF with no 2nd and a gixxr with no 3rd
    HELP PLEASE

unfortunately its not a easy fix, a bit of a common problem is the selector forks.
get some quotes for repair first, parts are not the issues, its the labour content.

I was just reading about this model & 3rd gear in. . .erm a Practical sportsbike mag I think. Chances are the gear (& its matching mate) is gone too, but odd no sound.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
