Bucket of the Month - March 2015 - Peter's FXR

Bucket of the Month - March 2015 - Peter's FXR

Peter managed to pick up a basic FXR with a few goodie bits.

It was somewhat tatty when he got hold of it but he's fixed that in short order.

A lick of paint, better crash protection and a few stickers have transformed it in to a pretty looking bike.

It's got a basic under-engine pipe for ground clearance and it runs the ever-popular Keikin PD carb off a CB250 or some other larger bike.

He's got a wider rear wheel of a GSXR250 to accommodate the 125GP slicks although still runs the standard FXR front wheel at this point.

This bike has had the money and effort spent in good places; It's a good, simple and reliable bike that goes really well but still has plenty of development potential.
