Yeahm superbikeplanet can have some great stuff, but fail badly on some detail.

They have previously run articles about Cal Rayborn being killed at at Chapions(sic) Corner at Pukekohe. It was Champion Corner as in the spark plugs. They were also pretty scathing about it being a glorified Club meeting (THis was a round of the Marlboro series - probably oe of the biggest southern hemispehere international series at the time).

In that same Photo series from 1981 they called a Kenny Roberts TZ750/YZR750 a v4 680....which didn't exist until 83...

Croz an Aussie. Funny old thing, is that while he is a Kiwi, I seem to recall that through that period NZACU (precusrsor to MNZ) could not issue International Licences, but Aussie could so had an Aussie issued licence.

Once you get away from Hawaii and the west coast of the mainland it's likely most Americans would consider NZ part of Australia - if they had even heard of it.

That sounds about right. It is mostly because hardly anyone here gives a fuck about NZ. Most think it is a somewhat quaint place with lots of brown people running around in grass skirts along with a smattering of goblins and a couple of wizards.

Not far wrong , but they've dropped the grass skirts and spears for the "Dole' and KFC !!!

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..
