That said, I wasn't aware Honda had an authority model, nor was it "manufactured" and rather was retro-fitted. There are less than a handful of manufacturers with actual factory authority models.

Well, how many bikes have gone up in smoke (and lots of flames) in the last 5 years?Christchurch only gets ONE!!
On the other hand, 50% of their "fleet" is being upgraded. Counties gets none... (but Counties did just get a new BMW last year? maybe the previous year...)
