    Christchurch mechanic recommendations?

    Hi guys

i found a few threads with this but nothing too recent so i thought i would ask.
I have a CBF250 that i need looked at, several small things so dont want to pay the crazy labour rates dealerships charge.

Have heard good stuff about Roger in Brighton but cant go out that far (bike wont start currently)

dare i say, open to backyard mechanics?

    cheers

do you refuse to pay the crazy prices that supermarkets charge to sell you stuff, and find stuff cheaper that's grown in peoples back yards?
do you refuse to pay the crazy prices that service stations charge for petrol, and find someone else who brews it in their back yard?
if so tell us some of those people so we can get in line too please.

I buy fruit, veg, eggs and milk from roadside 'stalls' where I can. Been around forever. Does that count?

Never used him but x2 for giving OllyMoto a shot.
