I had just put new pads on the back too so the back locked up a lot easier than I was used to which rather surprised me. Haha yea he rang me in hospital to say I was just getting a warning because the injuries were enough of a reminder.
Too right he was, Im still kicking myself and most likley will do for a long time to come
